Voyager 2 PWS spectrum analyzer data in near Uranus.

The data are averaged to 48 second resolution and cover the time
period 1986-01-23T00:00:00 to 1986-01-30T23:59:12.

These data are archived in the native Iowa format in which they were provided 
to PDS. This will enable users to access software written at Iowa for display 
of these data.
