Each individual data directory contains data files along with structured PDS 
label for the Jupiter Uplink data covering the Europa 12 through Io 25 
encounters.  Each label file will have the same file name as the primary data 
file but have a suffix .LBL attached.  Every label file will contain 
information pertaining to the data in its respective data file. 
 
Each individual orbit directory contains several types of data files.
They contain uplink data files, Integrated Sequence of Events files
(ISOE) and their corresponding labels, data losses files and timelines which
is a PDF formatted timetable outline for each orbit.
