This directory contains the PWS waveform data from the GMM                    
mission acquired using the 1 kHz waveform filter.  In order to limit the      
number of files in a single directory, the dataset is split into several      
directories. The directory name is constructed from the six most              
significant decimal digits of the 8-digit SCLK RIM with a prepended           
letter "C".  Individual data files sharing these digits are stored here       
and are named with the filter frequency,  the full SCLK RIM and a trailing    
".DAT" extension.  For example, all files with start times in the inclusive   
range of SCLK values from 03209000:00 to 03209099:90 would be stored in a     
directory named "C032090".  All file names would begin with the               
characters "01KHZ_032090", as in "01KHZ_0320904804.DAT" for the file          
beginning at SCLK 03209048:04.
