CRS (Celestial Reference Set) tapes were provided by the Voyager
Navigation Team to the Radio Science Team. They contained time-ordered
state vectors for solar system bodies in a spacecraft-centered EME-1950
frame. CRS files were the primary data used by the Radio Science Team
in determining observing geometry for ring and atmospheric radio
occultations at Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and their satellites.
