###Voyager 2 Jupiter Planetary Radio Astronomy Data Bundle

####Brief Bundle Description

This bundle contains Voyager 2 Radio Astronomy (PRA) data
from the Jupiter encounter. The data provides 48 second edited browse
radio mean power data. The data are provided for 70 instrument channels,
covering 1.2 kHz to 1326 kHz.

Users of these data are encouraged to acknowledge both the PDS and the
principal investigators of the instruments whose data is used in analysis
in all publications.

####Bundle Organization:

####Voyager 2 Jupiter PRA Resampled Summary Browse 48 Second Data Collection

*  urn:nasa:pds:vg2-pra-jup:data-browse-48se

This collection contains edited browse data from the Radio Astronomy
instrument on Voyager 2 from the Jupiter encounter. The data includes 48
second radio mean power data.

Data were originally archived in the following PDS3 data set:

*   [VG2-J-PRA-4-SUMM-BROWSE-48SEC-V1.0](https://doi.org/10.17189/1519956)

####Voyager 2 Jupiter PRA Hi-Res Low Freq. Receiver Band Data Collection

*  urn:nasa:pds:vg2-pra-jup:data-lowband-6sec

This collection contains Voyager 2 Radio Astronomy (PRA) data from the Jupiter encounter.
The data provides 6 second high resolution lowband radio mean power data. The data
are provided for 70 instrument channels, covering 1326.0 to 1.2 kHz.

Data were originally archived in the following PDS3 data set:

*   [VG2-J-PRA-3-RDR-LOWBAND-6SEC-V1.0](https://doi.org/10.17189/1519955)

This is a PDS4 archive migrated from PDS3 VG2-J-PRA-4-SUMM-BROWSE-48SEC-V1.0 and
VG2-J-PRA-3-RDR-LOWBAND-6SEC-V1.0 datasets that were originally archived under
PDS3 in the VG_1502 volume.

Under PDS4 this bundle is organized into two collections, including
Data and Document. PDS4 documentation is all LBLX. There is an LBLX label for
every product in the archive.

This document contains information pertaining to the Voyager 2 Jupiter
Encounter and submitted to the Planetary Data System (PDS) by Voyager PRA
investigators.

Every effort has been made to insure that the data are of the best quality
available. However, the PDS and the Planetary Plasma Interactions (PPI) Node
in particular, assume no liability for this bundle or its contents. Users are
encouraged to verify the 'correctness' of the data prior to submitting any
publications or other work based on these data.
