                encounter. The data includes 48 second radio mean power    
                data. The data are provided for 70 instrument channels, each 1 kHz wide and       
                separated by 19.2 kHz, covering the range from 1.2 kHz to 1326 kHz.         
                The LH_DATA and RH_DATA columns each consists of 70 separate items          
                (fields), one for each of channels 131-200.  As a result, one file record   
                contains 149 separate fields.</description>
