These data were recorded by Omni-directional Protons Spin Averages Telescopes (OPTL) 1-4. Data ==== The file names for ULYSSES-KEP Experiment data files are: Tyydoy.TAB These are ASCII files. The data entries in the files are always single precision float values containing one hour averages in Flux / (s cm^2 sr) starting at midnight for each day. The corresponding times are integers indicating start of average. The entries are separated by blanks. Then the total length of the ASCII records are: 77 Bytes with 24 records per file. Bad or absent data are flagged with -9.99999e+10. The data entries include: OPTL{1-4} Omni-directional-Protons (520-1423 keV) Spin Averages Telescopes 1-4 The record structure is as follows: 1 character string (24 Bytes) with the format yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.sssZ yyyy = year mm = month dd = day hh = hours mm = minutes ss.sss = seconds 4 reals (13 Bytes, e.g. -1.23456E+03) for OPTL1 OPTL2 OPTL3 OPTL4 References: ======== Drolias B., J.
