                    PVO-V-OMAG-4--SCCOORDS-24SEC-V1.0, PVO-V-OEFD-4--EFIELD-24SEC-V1.0, 
                    and PVO-V-OEFD-3--EFIELD-HIRES-V1.0 data sets. Revised 
                    versions of these data sets (PVO-V-OMAG-3--SCCOORDS-HIRES-V2.0, 
                    PVO-V-OMAG-4--SCCOORDS-24SEC-V2.0, PVO-V-OEFD-4--EFIELD-24SEC-V2.0, 
                    PVO-V-OEFD-3--EFIELD-HIRES-V2.0) were released in 2022 and 2023. 
                    This is the first version of these data in PDS4. The metadata have 
                    been migrated to PDS4. The data are the same as those in the 2022 
                    and 2023 releases. 
                    
                    This data file was created from the binary flatfile PVO_OMAG_OEFD_INST_ORB2116.FFD 
                    For these ASCII data files, some of the data values were set to the flag value (9999.99) when 
                    the data value was less than -1000.0 or greater than 1000.0.  The original, unaltered data 
                    values are available in the binary data files.
