       Description of the Viewing Normalization Field Of View Products

The FIPS Viewing Normalization data directory (FIPS_ROTMSO) contains the FIPS
cartesian to Mercury-centric Solar Orbital (MSO) coordinates rotation matrices
for each FIPS energy scan (ROTMSO) derived data product (DDR) and the FIPS
Pixels Field Of View ancillary products.

The ROTMSO DDRs are in subdirectories indicated by the year that they cover
and within them, the month covered by the products. The file paths have the
form, where <yyyyddd> is the year and day of year of the beginning of the
data coverage period for that product:
