Introduction                                                                   
============                                                                   
This document contains information pertaining to the Cassini Magnetospheric    
Imaging Instrument (MIMI) Mission Bundle. This bundle includes Cassini MIMI    
Mission wide documentation.                                                    
                                                                               
This bundle is organized into several collections, including:                  
browse-raw (urn:nasa:pds:cassini-mimi:browse-raw),                             
calib-cal (urn:nasa:pds:cassini-mimi:calib-cal),                               
calib-raw (urn:nasa:pds:cassini-mimi:calib-raw),                               
data-ancillary (urn:nasa:pds:cassini-mimi:data-ancillary),                     
document (urn:nasa:pds:cassini-mimi:document) and                              
spice-mk (urn:nasa:pds:cassini-mimi:spike-mk). PDS4 documentation is in all    
XML. There is an XML label for every product in the archive.                   
                                                                               
Cassini MIMI Raw Browse Collection                                             
====================================                                           
This collection contains Cassini Magnetospheric Imaging Instrument (MIMI) Key  
Parameter Browse data for the Cassini MIMI CHEMS, INCA and LEMMS sensors. These
data cover 1999-01-01T00:00:00.000Z to 2008-12-31T23:59:59.000Z.               
                                                                               
Cassini MIMI Calib Calibration Collection                                      
=========================================                                      
This collection contains Cassini Magnetospheric Imaging Instrument (MIMI)      
calibrated tabled calibration descriptions of the energy ranges associated     
with the MIMI data channels for each of the CHEMS, INCA and LEMMS sensors.     
                                                                               
Cassini MIMI Raw Calibration Collection                                        
=========================================                                      
This collection contains Cassini Magnetospheric Imaging Instrument (MIMI)      
raw tabled calibration descriptions of the energy ranges associated            
with the MIMI data channels for each of the CHEMS, INCA and LEMMS sensors.     
                                                                               
Cassini MIMI Data Ancillary Collection                                         
======================================                                         
This collection contains Cassini Magnetospheric Imaging Instrument (MIMI) data 
gaps, and stare/spin information. The CHEMS data gaps reported are larger than 
five minutes during 1999-01-01T00:00:00.000Z to 1999-12-31T23:59:59.999Z. The  
stare/spin mode are files containing either spin or stare mode, start and stop 
times, spin and stare direction validity values. In addition to Cassini MIMI   
gaps in coverage between 1999-01-01 to 2018-01-01 for a combination of         
predicted and reconstructed attitude and ephemeris kernels.                    
                                                                               
Cassini MIMI Meta Kernel Collection                                            
===================================                                            
This collection contains the Cassini MIMI SPICE Meta Kernel used.

These data were originally archived under PDS3 in the following volumes:       
COMIMI_9001 and COMIMI_C001.                                                   
                                                                               
Under the PDS3 standard all archives were self contained and could in principle
be stored in a single file system (disk, CD-ROM, etc.).  PDS4 takes advantage  
of the network capabilities that allow archives to be distributed.  As a       
result, some of the documents and metadata previously stored in the PDS3       
catalog files are no longer maintained locally, but are  maintained in a       
central repository.  Those files are referenced by unique PDS logical          
identifiers that are included in the document collection inventory.            
                                                                               
Errata

An errata file has been included in the document collection. Known and
