             Voyager 2 LECP 24 sec scan data near Uranus.

The 24 sec scans of 15 channels (selected ion and electron channels) for
the time period 1986-01-25T00:00 to 1986-01-27T23:57. Sector pitch angles
are provided in the table PITCH_ANGLE.TAB.

Also included is an ASCII table called SCAN_QUALITY.TAB which is an hourly 
summary of the percentage of data available with each hour. The DSQUAL.TXT 
file describes the types of contaminations that effect the LECP data and 
the data quality indicators in the data quality table.
