             Voyager 2 LECP summary data near Uranus.

The data are averaged to 15 minute scan averages of four selected channels
(PL02, PL07, EB01, EB02) for the time period 1986-01-24T00:00:00 to 
1986-01-28T23:19:11 that includes the Uranus flyby.

Also included is an ASCII table called SUMM_QUALITY.TAB which is an hourly 
summary of the percentage of data available with each hour. The DSQUAL.TXT 
file describes the types of contaminations that effect the LECP data and 
the data quality indicators in the data quality table.
