       Voyager 2 PWS spectrum analyzer summary data in near Neptune.

The data are averaged to 48 second resolution and cover the time
period 1989-08-21T00:00:00 to 1989-08-31T23:59:48. The data are provided
here in a single ASCII table, containing a standard PDS (ISO) time tag.

The data were originally submitted to PDS on a nine track tape as a
collection of ASCII day files containing a non-standard time tag, along
with PDS version 1 documentation.  Those data are preserved in the
IOWA subdirectory. At the time these data were originally archived by
PDS, the PPI Node converted the data files into a standard binary form 
called an IGPP flatfile.  Those data are preserved in the ORIGINAL_BINARY
subdirectory.  The PDS labels describing all of the data files were updated
to the PDS 3.8 standard in January, 2013.
