             Voyager 2 LECP 24 sec scan data near Neptune.

The 24 sec scans of 15 channels (selected ion and electron channels) for
the Neptune flyby (Aug 24-27, 1989). Sector pitch angles are provided in the 
table PITCH_ANGLE.TAB. Also included is an ASCII table called SCAN_QUALITY.TAB 
which is an hourly summary of the percentage of data available with each hour.
