This directory contains GIF89A format versions of characters not              
supported by HTML (e.g. Greek characters, mathematical symbols, etc.).        
These are included here so that the HTML versions of the Ulysses              
instrument papers may duplicate the originals more completely. While          
these files may not be useful in and of themselves, they are necessary        
to the proper viewing of each of the HTML's found in the /DOCUMENT            
directory of this cd-rom. The viewability of these images depends highly      
upon the operating system and viewer used to view them. Specifically,         
they appear best when viewed on a color monitor.
