The DATA directory is divided into seven subdirectories, 1 for each type
of SEDR data file and 1 additional directory which contains "corrected"
pulse time files.

Catalog information (metadata) associated with this data archive are located
  in the /CATALOG directory as CATALOG.CAT.

Textual descriptions derived from this file can be found in this directory as
  COORDS.TXT and DATASET.TXT.

A description of the dataset anomaly can be found in this directory as
  AANOMALY.TXT

The original document describing the structure of the data files is reproduced
  in ASCII form in this directory as SEDR_DOC.TXT, as well as in the /DOCUMENT
  directory. The /DOCUMENT directory also contains the scanned image "TIF" files
  which contain useful graphics describing coordinate systems.

In each of the data directories as part of the PDS label, ".FMT" files exist
  explaining the structure of the data files as described by the original
  document.
