This directory contains the Pioneer 10 Charged Particle Instrument (CPI)      
data from the Jupiter close encounter period between 1973-11-26T00:00:00      
and 1974-01-01T00:00:00. The data include both 15 minute and 1 hour averaged  
counts.                                                                       
                                                                              
Please note that these data are not part of an official PDS data set. They    
have not been prepared and documented according to PDS standards, and they    
have not undergone PDS peer review. These data were obtained from the         
National Space Science Data Center (NSSDC). They are a subset of the 15 min   
and 1 hour CPI cruise data sets maintained by NSSDC. The data remain in the   
same format as originally archived at NSSDC. The original data are available

The data are stored in 2 ASCII table files (.TAB). Also included is
