Non-Standard Practices                                                        
The PDS standards do not specify where to store the required MD5 checksum     
file for a volume.  We have placed it in the root dircetory of the volume     
with the file name "CHECKSUMS.TXT".  This may be considered invalid by some   
verifiers.                                                                    
                                                                              
2013-06-22 The Document directory originally contained a filed called         
OCCLOG.TAB which had a detached label, OCCLOG.LBL.  This file contained two   
unique tables.  They have been separated.  The new files are ODR_OCCLOG.TAB
and RSR_OCCLOG.TAB.  Each file is accompanied by a detached label file of the 
same name.
