  The INDEX directory contains an index for this volume (INDEX.TAB)           
Accompanying each product files is a PDS label (INDEX.LBL).  The *.TAB        
files are ASCII files.  Each line (or record) in INDEX.TAB contains           
information about a single data file in this data archive volume.  Each       
line in a *.TAB file is made up of comma-delimited fixed-length fields.       
Each line or record is of fixed length, delimited by a ASCII carriage         
return <CR> and a line feed <LF>.
