  |- DATADESC  Contains DATAFMT.TXT, an ASCII text file describing the        
  |            format of the data files.

  |- INST      Contains MAGERFMT.PDF, a file in Adobe PDF format which        
  |            describes the MAG/ER instrument telemetry format and data      
  |            acquisition modes.                                             
  |                                                                           
  |- PROJECT   Contains LP project-level documents useful for data      
               users.  All of these files are available in PDF format:                
                                                                              
               LVL0SIS.PDF  - Lunar Prospector Level 0 data SIS document.     
                              This document describes the structure of        
                              all level 0 data sets, including the            
                              various S/C attitude and ephemeris data         
                              sets included on this volume.                   
                                                                              
The documents available only in PDS format do not conform to the PDS          
standard that requires an ASCII version of each document.  These              
documents were made available to PDS in PDF format, and conversion            
to ASCII format was not feasible.
