The producers and publishers of this archive do not endorse any commercial entities which may be mentioned for clarity. Variances applying to this volume: ================================== The instrument description paper is not currently available but will be provided in the future after it is published and permission is obtained from the copyright holder. The HTML version of volume software interface specification (VOLSIS) in the DOCUMENT/VOLSIS directory conforms to the XHTML 1.0 standard, not the HTML 3.2 standard. An HTML link to http://validator.w3.org/check/referer is associated with the "Valid HTML 3.2" or "Valid XHTML 1.0" image at the bottom of HTML documents. This link provides a mechanism for checking conformance of the document to HTML standards, but will work only if the document is being viewed via a web-accessible (e.g. http:) URI. If the file is accessed as a local file system reference (e.g. file:) URI, then, of course, the remote validation service will not be able to access the file in order to check it. Cumulative errata for all versions of the JNOWAV_0000 volume: ============================================================= The files AAREADME.LBL and AAREADME.HTM are extra files provided for utility that do not comply with with the PDS 3.8 Standards Reference, however most archive uses find these useful and there is no intent to remove them at this time. The Element FILE_RECORDS is not required for RECORD_TYPE STREAM but had to be included to work around a bug in VTool. See the first table of section A.15 of the PDS 3.8 Standards Reference for the relevant details. This variance affects labels for HTML documents and images.
