Non-standard practices The PDS standards do not specify where to store the required MD5 checksum file for a volume. We have placed it in the root directory of the volume with the file name "CHECKSUMS.TXT". This may be considered invalid by some verifiers. This data set was built on May 19, 2015. It was originally archived as three PDS volumes: GOUP_0001, GOUP_0002 and GOUP-0003. They have all been combined in this one uplink dataset. Original DSIDs have not been replaced on any of the files. DATA files are known to contain the keyword ORIGINAL_FILE_NAME. This is not a valid PDS keyword. However, it has been left as is because it contains information that may be helpful to data users. This keyword occurs 658 times in this data set. _____________________________________________________________________________ The following is the original Errata.TXT file text from the GOUP_0001 volume dated 2000-06-20: This product includes plots of the timelines for each orbit or sequence unit in the form of PDF plots. These plots are included in the subdirectories of DATA, co-located with the rest of the uplink data for each logical time unit. The PDF files are described in the accompanying PDS labels by using the ODL DOCUMENT object. The PDS standards (version 3.3, July 1999) require that an ASCII text version of each document accompany any formatted (binary) form. Clearly these files can not be usefully represented in ASCII text form. However, PDS does not provide an alternative method for describing plot files, in PDF form at this time. Providing these files without an ASCII text version of the "document" is a known variance to the PDS standards under which this product is generated. The document in the DOCUMENT/ORBITSUM directory, which consists entirely of images, also cannot be usefully represented in ASCII format. Hence there is no ASCII text version of this document. The files *SEQTOL.TAB under the DATA directory contain header sections resembling parts of PDS labels. These are not PDS labels and may not conform to the ODL specification. For example, the given value of BYTES may not correctly represent the size of the header. Some special activities of the spacecraft may be absent from this disk. _____________________________________________________________________________ The following is the original undated Errata.TXT file text from the GOUP_0002 volume: This product includes plots of the timelines for each orbit or sequence unit in the form of PDF plots.
