There are two documents provided for the Plasma Wave instrument and           
each is contained in a separate directory. The first document is the          
instrument description paper that was published in the Space Science          
Reviews (SSR) special issue. The second paper is a Galileo technical          
document describing the functional requirements (FRD) of the PWS              
instrument.
