Data Product Errors

    ROTATT12        PRODUCT_VERSION_ID 1 did not include the rotor attitude   
                    data or EME-50 transformation matrix at the high          
                    resolution data rate, but only at the low (RTS) rate.     
                    This error was corrected in PRODUCT_VERSION_ID 2.
