There are two documents provided for the Heavy Ion Counter and                
each is contained in a separate directory. The first document is the          
instrument description paper that was published in the Space Science          
Reviews (SSR) special issue.  The second is the Galileo HIC Science           
Requirements Document (TECH_DOC).
