A MEM_TWEAK is included in this trigger to set the WBR/DUST antenna multiplexor to the Lp position following WBR or DUST data acquisitions.

Trigger 56 adds WBR data, increasing the load on the BIU handler. This addition requires that the WFR data rate be depressed by reducing the sampling interval to 25 seconds. Decreasing the interval below this limit causes loss of WFR traffic on the LRP. This also allows the data to be packed on the DCP, further decreasing the load on LRP.

Bands ABC require 3.160 sec to complete, H1 requires 2.525 sec, and 
H2 requires 1.461 sec for a total of 7.146 sec per sweep.  The hfr 
cycle time is 7.375 seconds.
