Trigger 90 Description
Sequence: C15, C16
Trigger 90 (Magnetotail Basic Survey)
This mode is designed to provide a Survey with standard temporal resolution
and standard spectral resolution for periods following Earth Swing-by when in the
magnetotail. Periodic Waveform measurements are made at a higher rate.
The entire RPWS frequency range (1 Hz - 16 MHz) is covered. The target bit rate
is 2 kbps.

Bands ABC require 3.16 sec to complete, H1 requires 5.05 sec, and H2 requires 1.46 sec
for a total of 9.67 sec per sweep. Data collection and output limits the snapshot
time to 9.875 seconds.
