Trigger 60 Description

Trigger 60 (Cyclic RTE and SPB 82.95)
Trigger 60 is targeting a bit rate of 40Kb/s. It is like Trigger 58, but captures 4096-sample wideband snapshots every RTI in its HF-WBR modes. This is done purposely to demonstrate the data throttling mechanism.

Bands ABC require 3.160 sec to complete, H1 requires 2.525 sec, and
H2 requires 1.461 sec for a total of 7.146 sec per sweep.  The hfr
