Trigger 56 Description

Trigger 56 (STV LFR Noise Check)
This trigger is based on a mode used in a series of tests that were performed before launch, and is designed to test the noise detected by the LFR receiver.

The trigger steps the LFR through the following antenna choices (the MFR is also
switched to the same antenna.  The data is dual routed through the LFR and the WFR.
