END_OBJECT = TEXT END Trigger 92 Description Sequence: C15 (ESB) Trigger 92 (ESB Sounder Checkout) This mode is designed to test the Sounder and determine its optimum operating parameters. For about five minutes the normal analysis of the HFR is stopped and the Sounder performs 12 soundings, varying its parameters (mainly the T1 variable, which sets the excitation pulse width). Because of the continuous sounding, other receivers cease their data acquisition, with the exception of the MFR. Following the approximately 5-minute Sounder Checkout, all receivers resume data acquisition in their previous configuration. Receiver Frequency Range Sensors Time between Snapshots -------- ----------------- ------- -------------------------- MFR 25 - 12 KHz EX, BZ 32 seconds Sounder 3.6 KHz - 108 KHz EX, EW variable, about 25 seconds
