Trigger 20 (Houskeeping Dump)                                                 
                                                                              
This trigger simply adds a Memory Readout (MRO) of the housekeeping           
data page to the science telemetry stream. It does not change any of          
the instrument configuration parameters, so the receivers continue            
running in whatever mode they have previously been configured. This           
trigger was useful at times when the telemetry mode did not provide           
the standard housekeeping data stream.
