Trigger 62 (HFR Memory Dump)                                                  
                                                                              
  Trigger 62 dumps 8192 program memory words (24 bits each) and 1024 data     
  words (24 bits each) from HFR memory.  The data memory is dumped using the  
  instruction dump command so 24 bits appear in the dump with 8 bits that are 
  meaningless.  This trigger is intended to be used to obtain a copy of the   
  contents of HFR memory for verification purposes.  It produces 72           
  unsegmented HFR minipackets, each containing a 128 x 24 bit memory dump     
  record.
