Trigger 62 Description

Sequence: All
Trigger 62 (RTE and SPB 82.95)
Trigger 62 is identical to Trigger 58 except that it is targeting a bit rate of 25Kb/s. This is done purposely to demonstrate the data throttling capability. Note that HF-WBR triggers stop WBR about every minute long enough to collect an HFR Analysis packet.
