Trigger 5C Description

Trigger 5C (STV All Calibration Levels Test Mode)
This trigger is based on a mode used in a series of tests that were
performed before launch, and is designed to test the instrument using
the internal calibration signals. The gain states of the WFR and WBR
are changed every 128 seconds during this trigger as shown below.
