The DOCUMENT directory contains documentation that is considered to be either
necessary or useful for users to understand the archive data set. Documents  
may be included in multiple forms (PDF, MS Word, HTML with image file        
pointers, etc.). There is a separate subdirectory for each document. This    
subdirectory contains all versions, plus any supporting files (e.g. images

CAPS_SIS - subdirectory contains the CAPS archive volumes SIS (VOLSIS):

The instrument paper (Young, D.T., et al, 'Cassini Plasma Spectrometer       
  Investigation', Space Sci. Rev. 114, 1-112, 2004, [YOUNGETAL2004]) has not 
  be approved for inclusion on this volume. Should permission be given to    
  include it in the future it will be located in this directory. In the mean 
  time copies must be obtained from the publisher (Springer Science+Business 
  Media B.V., Formerly Kluwer Academic Publishers B.V.).
