The DOCUMENT directory contains documentation that is considered to be either 
necessary or useful for users to understand the archive data set. These       
documents are not necessarily appropriate for inclusion in the PDS catalog.   
Documents may be included in multiple forms (including ASCII, PDF, MS Word,   
HTML with image file pointers, etc.). All versions of each document, along    
with and any associated files are contained in a separate subdirectory. PDS   
standards require that any documentation deemed required for use of the data  
be available in some ASCII format. HTML and PostScript are acceptable ASCII

USER_GUIDE                                                                    
Subdirectory containing the Cassini Magnetometer Planetary Data System

CAL02_GUIDE                                                                   
Subdirectory containing instructions on the use of the software for           
calibrating vector magnetic-field data (CAL02) which is provided in the       
SOFTWARE directory of this volume. ASCII, HTML, MS Word, and PDF versions     
of the instructions document are also provided.                               
                                                                              
DATA_QUALITY                                                                  
Subdirectory containing listings of various data quality and coverage issues. 
Files are in ASCII and there are separate for missing packets (GAP_FILE_HK    
and GAP_FILE_SD), instrument mode changes (MODE_CHANGES), instrument range    
changes (RANGE_CHANGES) and Science CAlibration Subsystem activities

Subdirectory containing the instrument description paper (published in Space  
Science Reviews). ASCII, HTML, MS Word, and PDF versions are also provided.

calibrating scalar magnetic-field data.  This software is provided in the

Subdirectory containing instructions on the use of the software for           
transforming the calibrated magnetic-field components from spacecraft         
coordinates into various other coordinate systems (TransCal). This software
