The files in the CATALOG directory provide a top-level understanding of the  
Cassini mission, spacecraft, instruments, and data sets in the form of       
completed PDS templates. The information necessary to create the files is    
provided and formatted into standard template formats by the CAPS team. The  
files in this directory are coordinated with PDS data engineers at both the  
PPI Node and the PDS Engineering Node.
