     This file contains an accumulation of corrections and notes for the

CORRECTIONS AND NOTES

VG_2348  At least one record was lost due to deterioration of the original    
           C5XL16 magentic tape.  ODR/C5XL16AA.ODR and ODR/C5XL16BB.ODR are   
           the two file 'fragments' of good data that were recovered.         
           C5XL16AA.ODR contains about 23 seconds of data; C5XL16BB.ODR       
           contains about 75 seconds.                                         
                                                                              
VG_2350  Data from original tape C5SR09 are fragmented into five files        
           (C5SR09AA.ODR through C5SR09EE.ODR) with a single 5056-byte record 
           lost between each pair of files.  Users should substitute data     
           from C4SR10 on volume VG_2362.                                     
                                                                              
         Data from C5XR30 ended unexpectedly at 07:09:41 rather than          
           continuing to 07:10:00.  The reason for the anomaly is not known;  
           the remaining 19 seconds of data have been lost.  There was no     
           corresponding data from Recorder B.
