LECP Step data is available at only one sample rate - 12.8 seconds. All data  
in this dataset is located in the 12_8S sub-directory.                        
                                                                              
The file DATA_QUALITY_SUMMARY.TAB is an ASCII data table containing an hourly 
summary of the data quality and conmination for the 24 second scan data. This 
file is accompanied by a PDS label file which contains information describing 
the physical layout of the data table, and includes a key describing the      
meaning of the data quality and contamination flags.
