This directory contains a file, INDEX.TAB, which provides information         
about each of the Voyager 2 PWS waveform data files archived on this          
volume, including spacecraft event times, spacecraft clocks, and file         
specifications of the corresponding PDS label files.  The file                
CUMINDEX.TAB contains this information for all volumes in the volume
