This directory contains a copy of the Voyager PWS investigation
description.  This description is presented in both plain ASCII text
form (.ASC) and in HyperText Markup Language form (.HTM).  Figures and
tables are stored as PNG image files (FIGx.PNG and TABx.PNG).  Ancillary
graphical symbols and characters used by the HTM document are stored in
a subdirectory named SYMBOLS.
