This directory contains the 60 millisecond high rate data from the Radio      
Astronomy instrument on Voyager 2.  There data were collected from the        
Uranus encounter period by the spacecraft clock from 27006:26:001 through     
27721:12:001.  Data are provided for calibrated wave flux density             
measurements at 4 given frequencies, 921600 Hz, 614400 Hz, 614400 Hz,         
and 307200 Hz, and a bandwidth of 200 Hz.                                     
                                                                              
The files in this directory are named by C27XXXXX.DAT. The numerical part     
of the file name is associated with the spacecraft clock reading for the      
first record in each file.  The first 3 X's are the spacecraft clock mod 16   
reading without the leading "27" and the last 2 X's are the spacecraft clock  
mod60 reading.                                                                
                                                                              
The data are stored as 41 IEEE binary files (.DAT), each accompanied by       
a PDS label file (.LBL) which describes the properties of the data files.
