This directory contains 6 second high resolution lowband data and             
60 millisecond high rate data from the Radio Astronomy instrument on          
Voyager 2.  These data were collected from the Neptune encounter period of    
1989-05-25 to 1989-09-27 (spacecraft clock from 4/08634:05:001 through
