This directory contains the 3.2 minute particle counting rate and             
flux data from the Energetic Particle experiment on Voyager 2 from            
the Saturn far encounter periods of 1981-08-29 to 1981-09-01.  Data           
include electron and ion counting rates fluxes for 30 rate groups             
during the instrument stepping operation.                                     
                                                                              
The data are stored as 28 ASCII table files (.CSV), each accompanied          
by a PDS label file (.LBL) which describes the properties of the data         
file.  Also included are 9 label format files (*.FMT) pointed to              
by each label file for a particular rate group. Definition of the
