This directory contains the 0.4 second particle counting rate data from       
the Energetic Particle experiment on Voyager 2 from the Saturn far            
encounter period of 1981-08-24 to 1981-08-31.  Data include electron          
and ion counting rates for 16 rate groups.                                    
                                                                              
The data are stored as 894 ASCII table files (.CSV), each accompanied         
by a PDS label file (.LBL) which describes the properties of the data         
file.  Also included are 16 label format files (*.FMT) pointed to             
by each label file for a particular rate group. Definition of the
