Ulysses URAP experiment data dynamic spectra day plots consisting of five     
instruments:  Radio Astronomy Receiver (RAR), Plasma Frequency Receiver (PFR),
Wave Form Analyzer (WFA), Fast Envelope Sampler (FES), and Sounder (SND) near 
Jupiter.                                                                      
                                                                              
The plots are stored as GIF (*.GIF) and PostScript files (*.PS) with the      
naming convention Pxxxxxx. (where xxxxxx is the date covered by the plot in   
the format YYMMDD). Each PostScript file has a PDS label file (*.LBL) which   
describes some of the physical properties of the plots in a form that is both 
human and machine readable. The file DATASET.TXT provides a textual           
description of the plots.
