This file contains a cumulative listing of known errors or
deficiencies in the PVO ORPA volume series.

Volumes: PV10_0002 and PV10_0003

The INDEX.TAB and CUMINDEX.TAB files, normally present in the
INDEX directory of a PDS volume, are not present on this disk.
In addition, most of the files in the MANAGE directory, which 
the PPI Node includes on its disks to facilitate use of the
DITDOS software, are absent from this disk.
