This directory contains scanned versions of each page of the original
PVO project documentation describing the SEDR data tapes. The files are 
stored in Transportable Image Format Files (TIFF) in the TIFF compressed 
3 format. This format can be loaded into numerous word processors and 
drawing packages. Each file contains a single page of the original document.
The file naming convention is SEDRxx.TIF where xx is the scanned page number.
