This directory contains 4 subdirectories each of which contains 50 or 100 orbits
of UCLA corrected pulse time data files, 1 file per orbit. The files are in 
the original IBM-360 binary representation. There is software provided in the
SOFTWARE directory which will convert these files to ASCII on either a 
for the following operating systems: VAX, SOLARIS, SunOS, DOS, and HPUX.
