This directory contains 4 subdirectories each of which contains 100 orbits
of UCLA corrected pulse time data files, 1 file per orbit. The files are in 
the original IBM-360 binary representation. There is software provided in the
SOFTWARE directory which will convert these files to ASCII on either a 
Sun (Unix) or a VAX (VMS) system.
